FOLLOW THE LAMB WHEREVER HE GOES
When we follow Jesus now wherever He goes, then we will be ransomed from the earth as His
Revelation 14:3-5 3 And they sang a new song before the throne [of God] and before the four living creatures and before the elders [of the heavenly Sanhedrin]. No one could learn [to sing] that song except the 144,000 who had been ransomed (purchased, redeemed) from the earth. 4 These are they who have not defiled themselves by relations with women, for they are [pure as] virgins. These are they who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These are they who have been ransomed (purchased, redeemed) from among men as the firstfruits for God and the Lamb. 5 No lie was found to be upon their lips, for they are blameless (spotless, untainted, without blemish) before the throne of God.
BLIND FAITH
Did you know that God does not want you to walk in the dark but in the light? Yes, He does, of course He does —we are His, and He wants us to know. He wants us to know Him, what He is thinking, what He is doing, what He is about to do, His good plans for you and me, and so much more.
How do I know? He talks to me all the time. Tells me how He feels what grieves Him, the things He has in mind for me, and things to come. I get so excited when I hear God talk to me. I love how He loves me and thinks so much of me that He would spend His time with me. Because I mean so much to Him, I feel valued and an important part of Him and His life.
I would like to encourage you today, if you don’t have that kind of relationship with Him, to seek Him. The reason I have that relationship with God is because I seek Him and submit to Him. He calls me, and I say yes Lord.
Mathew 7:7 Keep on asking and it will be given you; keep on seeking and you will find; keep on knocking [reverently] and [the door] will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who keeps on asking receives; and he who keeps on seeking finds; and to him who keeps on knocking, [the door] will be opened. AMPC
You can do the same thing. You can be submissive to Him, trust Him, and you, too, will have intimacy with Him. You will hear Jesus all day long. You will have His favor, you will have His full attention when you want to hear Him —and you will be walking by faith in the light of His Word. You will be able to see the truth by having Him teach you, and then that blind faith you once walked in will no longer control you, but you will see it for the lie it is.
Most people I know don’t want to know the truth because they are so convinced of the lies they believe. Lies they believe because those lies seem easy to them and comfortable in that, they don’t have to change anything, or admit they may be wrong. Making our own laws and then endorsing them as if God, makes for a lie and misrepresentation of God.
—Making our own opinion our guide is walking in blind faith.
—Not knowing anything for sure, having no foundation for what we believe is not knowing the real truth and makes us blind.
Jesus said the truth sets us free. So if we would believe what Jesus said, that in itself, then we would submit to the Truth and welcome the correction we need to walk in His truth. When we welcome His correction and admit to our human frailty, then we can have that intimacy with Him. That’s what it takes. Laying down what you think, what someone else thinks — and take upon His truth as our truth. Making what He thinks matter so much that we live by it. Him being our lifestyle eliminates blind faith.
When you decide to submit to Jesus and live His way, you have conquered everything! You have found the real deal when you have found God and submit to Him as your God. When you realize He has all your answers and they are in the corrections He gives you, you will want Him to correct you.
Revelation knowledge, wisdom needed, mysteries revealed, having plenty, knowing love, being well in every part of your life is all wrapped up in Jesus. Submitting to Him so that you can walk in the light —escaping the dark.
Most can’t fathom this truth simply because they believe that old lie told; that God is a mystery, that we can’t hear God and have no idea what He will do, or what His will is. As if we have to walk in the dark all our lives while God dictates to us— as if God is playing some sort of sick video game. What a sad way to live. What an awful life to live when so much LOVE is available to us.
Only a lie like God being a mystery to His own children is a lie you could believe if you didn’t know Him. Please take the time to know Him. He is His Word, so you can look at Him and get to know Him there. He is in your heart when you choose Him to be, and you can know Him and feel Him there.
He is in the air that goes through you, that wave of compassion that flows through you and by you. That LOVE, It’s Him. Take hold, don’t let Him get away from you. HE IS LIFE, HE IS LOVE, HE IS ALL!
I would like to leave you with the truths from the Word of God— to set that truth in front of you so you can make the choice to move forward and in the light, in His wisdom and revelation knowledge. To know that God wants you to know Him and that living by faith is not living in the dark but in obedience to Him. When you obey Him, that is walking by faith and in the light!
He is always available to you, but you have to make the choice to believe Him and not a fabricated lie!
THIS IS TRUTH
Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears and listens to and heeds My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will eat with him, and he [will eat] with Me.
Mark 4:11 And He said to them, To you has been entrusted the mystery of the kingdom of God [that is, the secret counsels of God which are hidden from the ungodly]; but for those outside [our circle] everything becomes a parable, AMPC
Mark 4:21 And He said to them, Is the lamp brought in to be put under a peck measure or under a bed, and not [to be put] on the lampstand? 22 [Things are hidden temporarily only as a means to revelation.] For there is nothing hidden except to be revealed, nor is anything [temporarily] kept secret except in order that it may be made known. 23 If any man has ears to hear, let him be listening and let him perceive and comprehend. 1 Corinthians 2:16 For who has known or understood the mind (the counsels and purposes) of the Lord so as to guide and instruct Him and give Him knowledge? But we have the mind of Christ (the Messiah) and do hold the thoughts (feelings and purposes) of His heart. AMPC
James 1:5 If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of the giving God [Who gives] to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or faultfinding, and it will be given him. 6 Only it must be in faith that he asks with no wavering (no hesitating, no doubting). For the one who wavers (hesitates, doubts) is like the billowing surge out at sea that is blown hither and thither and tossed by the wind. 7 For truly, let not such a person imagine that he will receive anything [he asks for] from the Lord, AMPC
John 14:21 The person who has My commands and keeps them is the one who [really] loves Me; and whoever [really] loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I [too] will love him and will show (reveal, manifest) Myself to him. [I will let Myself be clearly seen by him and make Myself real to him.] AMPC
John 15:15 I do not call you servants (slaves) any longer, for the servant does not know what his master is doing (working out). But I have called you My friends, because I have made known to you everything that I have heard from My Father. [I have revealed to you everything that I have learned from Him.] AMPC
John 10:27 The sheep that are My own hear and are listening to My voice; and I know them, and they follow Me. 28 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never lose it or perish throughout the ages. [To all eternity they shall never by any means be destroyed.] And no one is able to snatch them out of My hand.
