Galatians 6:9 And let us not lose heart and grow weary and faint in acting nobly and doing right, for in due time and at the appointed season we shall reap, if we do not loosen and relax our courage and faint.
When God puts a dream in your heart don’t let go of it because that dream is not only one dream, it is all your little hopes and dreams that make the big dream you have come to life! The thoughts that you may not share with someone else, only God, because you think to someone else those dreams may seem silly. But to God nothing is silly, in fact God is the One who puts all those little hopes and dreams in your heart.
It is amazing when He reveals to you that those hopes and dreams are in fact where He has been working in your life— and you didn’t even realize it. All those things you thought He was prompting you to do that seemed too hard or unrelated are actually the stepping stones to your dream coming to pass! All the while, God was moving you toward those things that you need to do and go through to get you to that place of living in your dream life.
So many times I would say God, I cant do this anymore, I need to see something, I need to You to encourage me— and as wonderful as He is, He answers me each time. When God puts things in perspective I can move on. Knowing I am on the path to the good He has promised me is inspiring, and knowing He has me covered— well that is the most comforting feeling ever!
Do you know though, that each time He encourages me I realize I am not waiting on Him, but He is waiting for me? He gives me a direction to reach a goal, a dream I have and I lose sight of it. He doesn’t lose sight, I do, and so quickly. But He is so faithful and when I go to Him, He just gently reminds me of where I am at. He will encourage me that I can do that next step, I can accomplish that aspiration because He is going to be my strength, and He is going to make sure it happens. All I have to do is follow His instruction.
Wow, God is so good. If you don’t know Him I would encourage you today to take the time to know Him. Get on your face and seek that Person that is the most wonderful, loving, caring, selfless, most concerned about you Person, you will ever find! And, you will never be happier!
